How halving works
To understand how the cost of improvements is reduced for you, here is a small example.
At level 1, your birds lay a standard amount of eggs and eat a standard amount of feed. After halving, the value of the eggs that your birds lay is cut by half, as well as the cost of the feed.
If your bird at level 1 laid 1 egg and got 1 FBG for this egg, after halving - it will still lay 1 egg, but the cost of this egg will be reduced by 2 times. Thus - in order for the player to receive the standard values in FBG tokens - he needs to improve his bird to level 2.
After the next halving - to get standard values of earnings - the player will need to improve his bird to level 4.
Thus, if the price of eggs and feed decreases after each Halving, the player needs to improve his birds by increasing the number of laying eggs. Consequently, by increasing the number of laying eggs while decreasing the cost of eggs after halving - the number of tokens received will be standardized.
The level discount only applies to previous halvings. It works this way:
After the first halving - the player needs the 2nd level to receive the standard income. The discount does not apply in this case, because it is the first Halving. After the second halving - the player needs level 4 to receive standard income. The discount begins to apply to level 2. After the third Halving - the player needs level 8 to receive standard income. The discount begins to apply to all levels up to level 4, at the same time pumping up to level 2 is cut in half. And so on after each subsequent halving.
Late discounts on levels are made so that players do not wait for halving to pump levels to the standard earnings.
